I created this site for Sextant Technical Services, a subcontractor of the U.S. Department of Energy. I work for Sextant as a graphic designer primarily, but was able to obtain web skills in working with expanding page headers, and navigational design. I feel that I was able to give this site an interesting flare, while staying within the scope of a standard text based page design.
